The service is good at Best Buy but you’ve always got to make a appointment. This computer is ok for what I needed it for . So far so good

we used and been pleased with work by Geek Squad!!

I've used the Geek Squad in the past when I thought I didn't need it. Kids Broke the laptop screen while playing around. It's a good thing I had Geek Squad as a back up.

I can always depend on the Geek Squad to answer any questions I have about my devices. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explain things so I can understand things. Being able to make appointments online is very convenient.

Great Protection for a high but economical priced Gaming Laptop!!! Great investment.

Haven't had a need to use this protection, and don't expect that I will,but comforting to know that its there if I need too.

Great to have since my kids love to change programming and causes problems.

Best Buy honors the warranty without questions asked. My son had an ASUS gaming computer that had a problem with the battery. They were not able to fix computer so they refunded the total amount we paid so he could purchase a new computer.

This saved us when our recently purchased computers sound went out. The geek squad helped to try to fix it and then replaced our computer for free. Worth the protection

Geek Squad Protection is one of the best protection plans I have every purchased. I have used my plan a few times over the last few years and have saved myself hundreds of dollars.

I really cant answer this one as i haven't figured out to get it downloaded to my computer. I need to call and ask but have been so busy i haven't had the chance.

purchased a laptop for my husbands birthday at Best Buy and so far have not needed any repairs but am glad to have it if needed. Geek squad protection is good to have

I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

I always recommend geek squad protection. If anything happens to my items they always repair or replace them quickly.

I'm glad I bought this protection plan. I feel safer knowing that my laptop is covered by Geek Squad and that if something were to happen, it won't cost me an arm and a leg.

I really can't rate this now since I thankfully have not had to use it for my NEW laptop !!! Gave a rating based on my use of Geek Squad for many years for other items.

Well worth the purchase. My granddaughter dropped her laptop and was damaged. I brought it in to the Geek Squad and picked it up in a week. No cost it was completely covered by the plan!

So happy that they came up with a plan that covers everything you buy..
