It's worth the extra money just in case you accidentally spilled something on it

So far so good. I had to have computer repaired and was done at no cost to me. Also-they sent me a new cord for free.

The agents are fantastic. Really helped me when i needed them most.

We encourage a warranty incase any accidents happen. You never know if you will need it and we are thankful we got this!

I can use a computer, but fixing it is a whole different story. My laptop stopped work. I was very concerned because I homeschool and need to be able to access a lot of information and records. I took it to Geek Squad and they gave me a fairly long "possible" time. It actually took less than 1/2 the time quoted, and it turned out my battery was just completely dead, so it was replaced at no cost! I usually don't buy warranties but I'm super glad I did and that it worked out so well.

Geek Squad always helpful, 24/7. Love they can remote in and did issues.

I bought the accident insurance for 3 years, hoping not to have to use it, but it gives me a lot of security to have it even though in the end I might not use it, than not having it and being exposed to an accident with nothing to give me some security. I have had to use accident insurance before for other products and I have had no problem with the people at BestBuy providing support.

Bought a 3 year to make sure my laptop was covered for the long term! Any time ive used this warranty ive had a posotive experience!
