Geek Squad is there to help with all of your entertainment and tech needs! I will forever always get Geek Squad protection on all of my electronics and tech gear that i purchase from Best Buy! I will be using them for the first time in 2 years for my Samsung Galaxy Chromebook as the screen got cracked after it accidentally fell 1 foot off of the ground.

The protection plan is awesome. My son screen cracked and Best Buy repaired it. The protection plans can be expensive however; accidents happen. It would have been more expensive to buy another one. I would continue to recommend Geek Squad to my family and my friends. I tell people buy your electronics from Best Buy with the plan.

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

A MUST YOU PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW AND THEY EITHER FIX IT OR YOU GET CREDIT THE AMOUNT AND GET A NEW ONE , I BOUGHT A TOUCH SCREEN ONE THAT HE KINDA DROP THE BAG PACK AND IT CRACK THE SCREEN AND I HAD THIS PROTECTION IT IS GREAT

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the protection for my new laptop. Accidents and mishaps never happen in my house. A little over a month after my laptop purchase, my daughter knocked over a bottle of chocolate milk on the device, household never streak erased. I took the device to the Geek Squad for an assessment and due to the extent of the damage, it needed to be replaced. Money well spent!

You honestly can not go wrong with geek squad service. They are super fast and friendly. All you have to do is give them a call or go online. No question they have not been able to answer for me. There has been several times i have messed up my computer (letting kids play games) where i end up just getting online and having geek squad fix it. They never treat me with disrespect or make me feel stupid. They would fix my computer and even offer different suggstions which helped me greatly! I will always have geek squad as my service.

It’s very easy to setup an appointment with GeekSquad. I’ve had to use them twice for a broken screen and broken usb port on a laptop.

GET BEED SQUAD. You never what will happen. I purchase it, even when I think nothing will happen. Recently, I purchased for my laptop. 9 months later, my nephew spills water on it. Geek Squad covered it. Was able to get a new laptop ordered that same day.

Fist visit guy was nice and helpful. Seemed like he cared. 2nd visit they were behind, started helping me then helped 2 other people while I waited on him, keeping in mind I had an appointment. Store was closing, people didn’t seem helpful and felt very rushed. Didn’t feel like I spent my money well buying this service.

Best Buy’s Geek Squad is one of the best computer repair services. They offer a variety of services including virus removal, data recovery, and hardware repair. They also offer a 24/7 support hotline for customers who need help outside of normal business hours .

I’m not saying we buy protection plans on everything, but there are certain items you purchase that it’s worth getting it even if you never have to utilize it. Because there’s always that one time. We’ve had that one time and Best Buy’s Protection Plan are reasonably priced and extremely hassle free. Protect the items and also use common sense on the items you should get a protection plan. That would be my recommendation to people.

I owned many Surface products before landing onto Surface Book2. I have taken 14 days time to decide upon Geek Squad support as I have researched on Microsoft Complete and Geek Squad, while Microsoft gives you 45 days of time to decide upon over Best Buy's 14 days policy, I found the support adds one more year at Best Buy for the same price as Microsoft gives only 2 years, while Best Buy extends one more year of coverage. Also, you could take back if there is any accidental damage. This is great.

The Geek Squad is on top of thier game. I broke the screen on my new HP ENVY and brought it in to the fellows on the Squad. The guy was friendly and understanding. He got the paperwork done quickly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. I have no trouble tracking the progress of the status of the repair. I totally satisfied with the whole the process. Thank you Geek Squad!!! GO GEEK SQUAD!! Y'ALL RULE GEEKLAND!!

Thank goodness we took out this protection for one of our computers. It got to where it wouldn't load up the home screen and turned out it was a hardware problem. Getting the repair done was as easy as dropping the computer off at the store and picking it up when it was finished. And no charge. I won't be without this protection on any of my electronic devices.

When i had an issue they took care of me, no problem. The computer came back damaged and then they took care of it again.
