always gotta recommend getting protection on products.

I have spinal nerve issues which make me unintentionally drop things daily. I buy my electronics at Best Buy expressly for this reason. I have bought tablets, phones, laptops, televisions, gaming systems and much more from Best Buy because of how professional they treat me no matter how many times I break my products without meaning to. I have lived in many states and no matter where I bought a product or break it; I have only had a couple of employees laugh or be rude to me. The odds of that happening are very rare. I have 35+ retail management experience, so I know that from experience. Just knowing that I can take my accidents to them, and be treated well, PLUS get my electronics fixed quickly on top of it, is a win! Just when you think that's all, they surprise you by actually backing up their repair work/parts too! You can't go wrong with the peace of mind Geek Squad plans give you in making expensive electronic purchases. Just remember to be patient with them and smile when you need service. They don't get treated very well by the public. Your smile and patience may be the only time they see it that day. :)

I bought this laptop on a Wednesday and didnt get it working optimally until Friday. When I got home with it, I plugged it in, and ran all the Windows, Dell and BIOS updates, along with chipset and drivers. After running the updates, I booted up COD Warzone and no matter what settings I ran it on, the FPS would drop to 4 for one whole second, like a stutter, then back up to smooth 60. I also tried Fortnite, it would run a beautiful buttery smooth 60FPS on the 4K oled screen for a good few minutes, but would always have that stutter which would drop it to 4FPS for one second and then back up 60fps costing me a couple solo Royales. - The issue with this laptop (if you have one) will most likely be an issue with throttling on the CPU. That's because Dell tuned this laptop with too much power to the CPU for the turbo boost. - I didn't want to give up on this laptop because the most comparable laptop to this in size and power is the $2600 Razer and because I enjoy fixing things, I spent two days of troubleshooting and digging through forums on google, to narrow down what the issue is with this laptop from the factory. - Unfortunately, it may require a little bit of extra work on your part, the work DELL should have done before mass producing this thing, but in doing so, I have complete control over this very powerful machine and am running 1080p Fortnite on epic settings with 100% texture resolution at 62° C on the CPU and GPU! - The RGB lighting is very bright and pleasing. The front RGB bar has 10 customizable sections and the keyboard is 4 sections, not per key, but still, the Alienware command center software that comes with this laptop provides customizeable fan profiles and 6 different color modes for the RGB settings. The chassis is aluminum and the 4k OLED screen is seriously one if the most gorgeous screens I've seen on any laptop on the market, at least in the two thousand dollar budget range. - Overall, I think it was a little sloppy of Dell to release this product to the public with this issue and they claim that version 1.3 Bios fixed it, but I pulled this thing right out of the box and updated it to version 1.7 with all the other updates, went straight to Warzone and had this issue, so it's really just an overvoltage issue. Unfortunately nowadays, a lot of these slim laptops with powerful hardware have thermal throttling issues. From my experience, unlocking the undervolting and power limiting the Turbo boost to 44W has completely stopped the problem. Excellent tablet/laptop for my 1 year old. I bought it for him when it first came out a few years ago and i just bought the same model again as the hinges keep breaking which is the only problem I had so far. I had geeksquad repair 3 times which maxed out my warranty so i’m buying a new one again and restarting my warranty. Again, its excellent for kids.

I love this laptop. The I have had no issues with software compatibility and the battery life and screen are highlights for me. I have owned several Microsoft Surface devices and this beats them all. My only problem is the finish color and material. I have never had a device that showed so many fingerprints. I wish I could find a good wrap or vinyl cover but I would need to even cover the track pad. Prepare to constantly wipe it off.

Ive owned this laptop for around 4 years and its been a solid workhorse the entire time. It handles AAA games up to 2022 releases on medium settings no problem, and later titles as well if you crank the fan speed. Its given me no significant issues and is a fantastic bargain for the price. The fan noise is a little loud if you're playing higher end releases but that means the system is getting cooled so it's a necessary compromise for such a compact package.

I just want to say that I absolutely love this laptop. I was skeptical at first, because I’ve never heard of the brand. I decided to buy it after spending hours on researching & reading review’s of multiple laptop models. I’m glad I took a chance on this one. It has so many extra great features. I feel I got a wonderful deal for all that it offers. It runs fast, it’s a decent size, nice & sturdy. The gray looks kind of dull in the pics, but in person, it’s actually nice. Back lit keyboard, and beautiful, clear display. So far a great buy. I recommend.

This gaming laptop is a beast! I’ve been running Baldurs Gate on it for around 40 hours so far and this far supersedes the performance of my PS5. The 12th Gen i7 and 4060 rtx card blows my mind! I would highly recommend this laptop if you’re on a budget. Get it while’s it’s still 749.99 or you’re gonna be missing out for sure. I’m glad I got mine while it was on sale. Gaming laptop under $1000 with better performance than ps5 = win I also like that the keyboard is rgb backlit as well. I hope with further exploration I find that the keyboard is addressable rgb. Only small complaint is the speakers aren’t the greatest quality would recommend grabbing a gaming headset and an Xbox controller for maximum gaming experience

Well it may not be the flagship Book3, it's Perfect for school and pretty much any normal use. The best thing is the screen share or split. If you all ready have a Galaxy Tab 7 or higher. Then get this laptop or any or the Galaxy Book3. No matter where you are, you have a real office that you can setup at. There is so many great use for this Laptop and Tablet tag team duo. Just think your setting help your kids with home. Instead of looking over your shoulder they can just see exactly what you are doing with screen share. It's awesome and Samsung makes it so easy to use, that ever I got it working in less then 5 minutes. Just Awesome. Worth the money.

I love Lenovo, it just needs more memory at an affordable price. Theres a large price hike for between the 16GB and the 32GB of RAM. Other than that, the product is rop tier! Touch screen is chef’s kiss

This computer has been awesome. I have had it for 4.5 years at this point and it runs super fast. Plays pretty much any game I want with mid settings. After I updated the ram to 64 GB it runs on max settings with zero issues. It can get pretty hot so make sure the ports are clear. Additionally it should be opened up and cleaned at least once a year. Only issue is you need a giant bag to carry it around.

Good value at a great price and good piece of mind. You never know what will happen while using your computer.. Always get a warranty. for laptops make sure it includes the battery life.
