I couldn't be happier with Dell Inspiron 15" 4 in 1 (16 G, 1T) in lavender blue! For the price I can't believe it is this packed with things I wanted - storage, Windows 11, fingerprint recognition, link to phone for calls/messages, touchscreen - holy cow. I researched many others and couldn't find a competitor coming close. Plus at my workplaces I've always had Dell laptops (but never at home) and they are very reliable. So thrilled.

It's perfect, I've been hunting for gaming laptop that doesn't sound like a jet and this is it, it has a silent mode that is actually silent! Even in performance mode it's mostly silent, every now and then the fans will kick in when playing something intensive but that's to be expected

This laptop is very good performance and stability wise. The only issue I have with it is, the screen is peeling off I'm not sure if it was glued properly, it may be the heat from the CPU and GPU but I've noticed the screen is peeling off and the lid is starting to warp. Maybe its just my product but I have heard the MSI does cut corners here and there. For a laptop I paid over $2100 for, I expect more I really did. Most games on this run smoothly at 1080p with the 2070 super GPU and the amount of ram with 32Gb makes this laptop very fast I enjoy using it I just don't want to keep closing and opening the lid incase the screen peels completely off then I'm going to have an issue with MSI (Ill be on the phone with them demanding they fix the issue). I may contact Geek Squad in the near future first to see if they can re glue the screen to the lid but ill wait and see how bad the issue gets before that and contacting MSI directly.

I bought a Chromebook for my daughter in 2020, but figured there was a 100% chance she would do something to make it inoperable. So I got the 3 year accidental Geek Squad Protection and have used it 3 times. Because of this protection plan, her Chromebook will last over three years. The service is hassle-free - make an appointment, drop it off, pick it up, and pay $0. Also, the Geek Squad members are always patient, polite, and helped on time for my scheduled appointments.

My father loved his laptop, he would be on it for hrs surfing the internet. He would finally plug it in. It has a great battery life. This would be a great addition to someone that is looking for a laptop that’s not to expensive and still can do everything the expensive laptop can do.

So far the coverage does what we need it to do looking forward to using it.

Computer is fast and responsive, I would recommend this as a budget laptop, the only flaw is that when I try and press the "L" key it either takes to clicks to work, or when you press it once it does 2 L's instead of just one, other than that I recommendthis

I love geek squad protection! I have used it on three items already and it has saved my hide from having to purchase the expensive item again! The first item I used it on was a surround sound system where the subwoofer was going out. They replaced the subwoofer at no cost. The second item was on a samsung watch that lost complete power because I accidently walked into an MRI room with it on. And I also used it to replace an expensive set of sony headphones because one of the earmuffs broke.

I've had this for about a month, and overall it's been a good upgrade from my previous laptop. The only downsides I've experienced thus far is that it is VERY heavy (surprisingly so), and the battery life isn't as good as I was hoping for as I feel it drains pretty quickly. It's also not a touchscreen, if anyone else was looking for that and missed that in the item description! But it looks and runs well

My order was easy to send online and the delivery was fast and on time. Best Buy has always been my first choice for computers and laptops. I am looking forward to using my new computer. I appreciate the help and support of Joy Systems.

I purchased an HP laptop with windows 10S. I did the conversion back to 10 getting rid of 10S. Somehow within a day the laptop reverted back to 10S, and I was totally unable to get out of 10S (BTW Windows 10S is terribly user unfriendly). Within 14 day return period, I took it back to BestBuy. Couldn't help me that day but set up appointment for following day. Took it in to instore Geek Squad, and they removed windows completely, then reinstalled windows and set it to windows 10, stating that it would not come back to 10S and it has been a month and still working fine with windows 10. Took an hour in store.

Good laptop except the Media Tek Wi-Fi adapter that is installed does not have good range and drops the Wi-Fi connection frequently. I am debating on whether to return this laptop. If you stay close to your router it seems to work. If you get further away and your signal strength is 1 or 2 bars then you have trouble. I have a 7 year old Dell that I can sit next to this one and it picks up the wifi strong, but this laptop will struggle. Best Buy has 2 versions of this laptop: this one is the 7435 with the AMD processor; and the other version is the 7430 with the Intel Processor. The 7430 looks to have an Intel Wi-Fi adapter. I would probably go with that one as I have a very similar Dell for work with an Intel adapter and I do not have Wi-Fi issues (it also had and AMD Processor which is why I choose the 7435). I have purchased 4 Dell laptops for work (all similar specs, all from Best Buy) over the last 2 years and have always been happy. This time I was buying for my personal use and am very disappointed. Murphy’s law I guess - very frustrating.

The joysystems dell laptop purchased through best buy arrived fast and has no physical defects. I was well packaged. I do wish there was mention on the description that the fingerprint reader and the camera were not compatible with windows 11 hello sign in features. Seems to be a very expensive computer for these functions not to work.
