    It can be worth it if the product actually damages within the two year but it isn't worth getting if you know that your product will last more than two years and unfortunately you can't refund unused warranties or renew them after expiration date. Like what is the point of paying so much money for a computer coverage plan since most people will maintain and treat their computers well and would make their products last more than the 2 year plan. I wish I could get my $200 back even if it is either on store credits or even cash at this point.

    this computer is the worsts computer I ever own. HP, should pay the people back who brought it. My Hp computer band new, only give me three hours of unplugged time. Which I was told was normal for this computer. Now I only get a hour time unplugged. This means I can't use it anywhere without it being plugged in. It also get super hot, under the right side of the computer. So forget about using it in tablet mode. The charger also get's super hot. Takes hours to charge, and hours to update. I already had to send this computer to the Hp serving center because of the battery. Don't waste your money on this computer. That full of bloat wear and ads.

    Defective Product Two Times!

    I bought this and was originally marveled with it. Then it started giving an error "laptop was improperly shut down" on start up. My settings were set so that the laptop would sleep and not shut down. Then it crashed during usage. I returned and got a replacement. Within a day, I started getting the same error! It then locked with a shaky screen. I was shocked!

    I bought an open box “excellent condition” online and it got to my house with dents. I went to the store asking to change it for another one in excellent condition but they didn’t have the attitude to help, even though there was one in the system. Luis and Robert the manager at the Legacy location in San Antonio, TX weren’t able to help at all. No good attitude to help me. They just try to justify and say that customer service has to help me, not them.

    Can someone please tell me if Accidental Geek Squad Protection 1 year helps fix problems online or in store? I need help with a issue. But I do not want to buy the protection plan if they can't help me. I will just have to return my laptop. I bought it July 1, 2021. Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

    Never buy refurbrished equipment from best buy, last 2 items I ordered were in terrible shape, even though I purcharsed a "like new" Item, description said it could have minor scratches, and the computer arrived with a big hit in the corner that lifted the bottom cover, I could put mi whole finger inside the pc...clearly best buy dont check these items before Re selling them

    They will deceive you into subscription. The didn't provide the service requested, deceived, burnt my hard drive, and after talking and referred to 4 different agents, they refused to refund and brushed the issues under the carpet

    Disappointed with this HP product

    Worked with the laptop for 16 days. Worked wonderfully. On the 16th day it would not power up. Then it did on its own and HP tech support worked with me to get issued resolved. Used the computer the rest of the day. Shut it down at the end of the day Next day, went to power up the computer and it didn't. Spent a total of 2 hours 40 minutes with HP tech support over three phone calls. End result? Needs to be shipped back for repair. Up to two weeks possibly for repair. Passed BestBuy 15-day return policy. Going to BestBuy to see about a refund or replacement. Purchased for school this Fall. School has started. Not doing video editing on my iPad Pro.

    Terrible experience. Bought computer I. demo mode. I called for help, and they said it will cost $100 to fix online or I can go back to the store. Terrible support. They need to do better

    Horrible Phone Customer Support

    This is not a ding on Geek Squad but Best Buy as a whole. I have shopped with Best Buy for years and never had such a poor experience. I ordered a laptop and FedEx delivered it the wrong location. I was basically told to go pound sand and make a police report. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they were too busy but would call back. Couple hours later and still no call back. This is an unacceptable treatment towards your customers old or new.

    Good luck printing legal documents. The margins can not be adjusted. Won't print to fit either. Typing lags or not at all, backspace lags. Very disappointed, I thought it was my new printer so I switched it twice! Now it's too late to return this one.

    Bought this plan for a computer I use every day with the promise that my computer would be replaced in the event of failure. Fast forward 2 years when I actually need to use the plan that I paid highly for and they want me to be without my computer for 2 weeks or more. I need this computer every day. That is the only reason that I purchased this overpriced plan. Don't listen to their empty promises. This plan is nothing but a pure profit generator for best buy.

    Beware openbox items

    Geeksquad obviously didn't check this device. It was listed as "excellent" condition but it wasn't even functional. Immediately upon powering on the laptop I noticed a loud fan clicking noise. Once the display turned on there were constant graphical artifacts so bad that you couldn't even read the screen. Had they even turned on the device they would have noticed this and not resold the device. Luckily Asus is honoring the warranty and will replace the laptop

    Battery life, Terrible!

    The description specifies that the battery life time is 6 hours, but mine discharges in 2 hours, I must lower the brightness of the screen and activate the energy saving so that it can last 2 hours

    shuts off every hour of so

    this is an awful product. it is less than a week old and it shuts off every hour or so during calls, tasks, etc. it doesn't shut down it just goes blank. I have liberated all parameters to 'never' shut off but it keeps doing it. I'm returning it

    one Major Flaw

    I've had the Lenovo 720 for about 18 month. This is the generation prior to the 740. Works great and not a lot of bloatware. Great machine imo. HOWEVER, these Yoga laptops have one major issue which seems to be consistent with many Lenovo touchscreens. The Touch screen stops working with your finger. It still works with the Lenovo pen but that's about it. Apparently it's a BIOS/Driver issue and Lenovo refuses to address this issue. if you're going to buy this laptop with the intention of using the touch screen, I would recommend looking into this issue further. You'll see this issue goes back all the way to 2016

    They refuse to uphold their terms and conditions. When you call customer service, they are rude, hang up on you, and refuse to get you to a manager when you ask 30 times in 1 hour. They tell you that no managers are available to speak to you. Best Buy is sealing their coffin and I will forever purchase from Amazon going forward because they don't play these childish games with their customers.

    What ever you do dont but this laptop. Yeah it worked good for the first day or 2 but then it keep closing out my games and now just turned and wont turn on at all. There was complete airflow and i even have a cooling fan to make sure the laptop gets all the support it can get . So there was no user error just the laptop so once again. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP
