    Awful battery life

    This laptop has Good performance, but I did notice right away that the battery lasts Only for a few hours, even if I didn't use it much..... very disappointed!!! I will surely take this back

    Do not buy this product. I bought it in 2021 so I can work from home. It worked perfectly fine for just 2 years, then the motherboard failed, and it never worked properly again. I had to keep it on the charger for it to stay on, or else it would just randomly shut off. Total rip off. Save your money and get something else.

    Don’t buy Dell and warranty

    Paid $700 plus warranty and it stopped working properly after 3 years. Took it to geek squad and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so gave it back to me. Now I’m stuck with a laptop that auto shuts on itself. Not worth $1000 I spent.

    Absolutely horrible. I wish I could give no stars. My laptop will not hold charge and they supposedly replaced the battery after waiting for 3 weeks to receive back. I called customer service and they said that they don't replace with an original Lenovo battery. They also did not fix the dent in my laptop speaker, even though under warranty they said any accidental damage will be replaced. I am a full time student and do have have time or the ability to wait around for they to properly fix my laptop. I wish I could get my money back for the warranty, absolute waste. Do not go to La Jolla Best Buy.

    Bait and switch

    When webcam broke, they said they would have to send it away to be fixed. They said it could take up to 3 months for it to ship and be fixed! They wouldn't provide a loaner in the meantime. Not to mention, they never warned something as simple as a web cam repair could not be done in house with their geek squad. What a waste of money!

    So fr I am not happy. The laptop is having issues starting. Had to reboot it several times, but it is random. The Geek squad held it for a month, replaced battery, but as soon as I came home and started it, I am still having the same issue. Trying to contact them again, so we'll see what will happen. Hopefully they will not try to exhaust me and take it for another month.

    I took my laptop that cost almost $2,000 in for repair due to water damage and they sent my laptop off for repair. It was returned a week and a half later unrepaired. They said the damage was too excessive and would not fix or replace it EVEN THOUGH I PAID $300 FOR 3 YEAR ACCIDENT PROTECTION

    If only they provided an option only for mechanical defects. I dont need accidental care included in their warranty. Price is also way too much for a 3 year warranty on laptops.

    Protection plan - No use

    Before purchasing the a new laptop I just wanted to write a review. This plan is if no use. The wifi was not working on the laptop and I asked Best Buy to fix through this plan. They said it is a software issue and the plan does not cover the software issue. But, it turned out to be a hardware issue and my laptop is using the external network adapter.

    Disappointed with cost

    I bought the accidental damage coverage when I bought my Samsung s22 ultra back in 10/28/2022. I had to use it today for a cracked screen and it still cost me 199 dollars. What's the purpose of this coverage if this is only slightly cheaper then taking it to a 3rd party.

    Too Pricey and no option for non Accidental Damage

    This is an overpriced extended warranty option from Bestbuy. A $1800 laptop has a 3 year option charged at almost 25% of the laptop's cost. this bundles in Accidental Damage which not everyone like myself needs as I only care about covering mechanical defects after the first year. Worse, Asus will not offer extended warranties on their laptops purchased from BestBuy because of some deal they made with BestBuy.

    This is a terrible laptop had it for 1 month and then the battery died. Of course internal battery to. Guess what im 4 days outside my return period and best buy refuses to exchange the laptop for a not broken one im never ordering from bestbuy again. Geeksquad also is usless and wont help

    Worst customer service ever... I waited in a long pick up line for an hour. The manager wasn't friendly and he didn't wanted to helped. He asked me to cancel my because they couldn't find the laptop in store.

    Gaming PC that can't game!

    Overheats way too easily. With all other applications closed, this can't handle playing COD for more than an hour or so before it just crashes mid-game play. Not good for gaming.
