When ever you buy a electronic product get the Greek squad protection it is well worth it

With having kids around, this is cheap insurance and peace of mind.

Geek squad was so ready to repair my laptop after i broke my screen. The support they give is immense. They mean what they say. It’s worth it

bought this as the laptop was really high end and i wanted the protection moving forward.

They actually repair what you device needs and if the device can't be repaired they gave you gift card with the amount of money you paid to purchase any new device.

I think that this was the best service I've ever received in this kind of transaction. My laptop had a catastrophic accident. Geeks managed to transfer all my data, even emails to their system and restore it to the new machine without a single issue. The repair was not possible but I was kept informed of what was happening, and able to make a choice of a new laptop in a reasonable time(30 days) I was given excellent support in making my decision -- good understanding of my needs, absolutely no hint of sexism or agism involved. I dealt with about 6 different Geeks and every one of them was helpful and supportive. Have already recommended the service to several people.

The HP - OmniBook X - Copilot+ PC - 14" 2.2K Touch-Screen Laptop - Snapdragon X Elite - 16GB Memory - 1TB SDD - Meteor Silver- is a great laptop as to performance and excellent battery life. Only two down sides 1. the win11 24h2 Ver will not allow printers to be installed using their own drivers only use the installed ms driver. This means Label printer like from Dymolabel can not be installed as windows will not all its drivers to be inserted into the "list of printer drivers" need to select the printer driver for the physical printer; 2. must manually set the dpi in the printer setting to 600 as the default was 300, in order for bar coding to be printed so scanner can read it correctly. do not use co-pilot so not an issue it was missing.

We bought this for protection. Hopefully we won’t ever need it, but I’m thankful we have it. I feel like it’s a great probe for coverage.

I buy geek squad protection for all purchases at Best Buy because it never disappoints. I have taken things to get repaired, replaced, help with using a product etc. and it’s always been a great experience. Best Buy has the best protection warranty than it’s competitors including Apple (sorry, not sorry) and I have a IPhone and IPad. The customer service is stellar, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Good service when it comes to electronics love the helpfulness

One of the things I really appreciated when buying the MacBook Air M4 was Apple’s warranty. From day one, I felt completely supported. The coverage is clear, and their customer service has been excellent. I had a question about the charger and they helped me quickly, with no hassle or long waits. Plus, the option to extend with AppleCare+ is a big bonus. Knowing I’m protected against accidental damage or future issues gives me peace of mind. It’s totally worth investing in a device like this when you know the company truly stands behind it.

Long story short: I hate buying add-ons, but this form of insurance saved my bacon once this year and has already paid for itself. Especially since I think prices are only going up, availability will only go down, waiting for Black Friday etc. price reductions of 10-15% doesn't help much if prices, meantime, have increased 5>10>20+ percent. Back to Geek Squad, my store has been great to work with.

Have used the service in the past and has been an easy process to use and was worth it

What a freaking joke. I buy a Asus ZenBook DUO. Nice machine. My store doesn't carry it... so if I want it I have to buy it online. I open the box and the Asus Pen it come with is broken... the button on the pen is no longer attached, I spend two weeks in email hell with ASUS until they finally tell me to contact where I bought it. Long story short best buy.com says... "we don't sell the pen... you'll have to return the whole computer to get the pen". I've spent two weeks getting this machine just the way I want it... I am not sending it back... OR you could go to your local store... I go to my local store... nothing in stock, they don't sell the ASUS pen so they don't know why bestbuy.com would send me to the store when there is nothing they can do. All around customer service F's for everyone. If I had opened the pen right away... I would have brought it all in... but after two week with ASUS dinking around...

Just got the laptop for my child for Christmas this year so it’s good to have that plan when purchase

I purchased this with my brand new Acer Predator gaming laptop knowing I cannot go wrong. GeekSquad is a great service to have because they will help you ship out your PC if it has any warranty issues to the manufacteurer and they will also fix stuff and replace parts if its out of the normal products warranty.

It is a must have, it covers a lot of issues and you don't have to ship it to them.
