The package was way too good to not purchase for protection!

I experienced a problem downloading the security software. I called the help line number and I was scheduled a in store appointment. The tech corrected my problem and help me complete the process. I am very satisfied with the service.

Each time we have had issues with our computers, Geek Squad has been there to assist with a decent turnaround time when resolving problems.

Geeksquad is the only reason I buy products from BestBuy. I have always trusted GeekSquad with all of my products.

I buy protection for anything over $100 and BestBuy offers a good price for 2 years. I don't ever have to worry about what will happen if my product stops working.

I bought this accidental protection policy just in case anything should happen. No one knows what tomorrow may bring so I can’t recommend this enough and for the price it is peace of mind.

Great. Came in handy a year later when my screen went black and had to bring in. Now today I get to swap it out because it was not able to be fixed

Protection is too expensive but if something happens its good to have. We have a lot of devices and it could become costly for our family. For families who have three or more devices should be offered a reasonable family protection plan.

The coverage is invaluable if it's a portable item.

For the price I figured it was a bargain considering I bought it for a 9 year old. And the main purpose is to download and play games, right? What can go wrong, well, a lot in 2 years? I am guessing I will get my money's worth.
