What a great way to save money on all my electronics needs and repairs. I have used my Geek Squad Protection a few times this year and would recommend this service.

I've not had to use geek squad for any purchases but glad I got the protection.

I haven't used the geek squad service yet, but i hear its excellent so i have it just in case. Doesn't hurt to have protection on your products.

Got this protection and good thing since coffee was spilled on it and quit working. Replaced it with another laptop but I did pick a different brand due to availability at the time.

I have yet to use the warranty on but will if the mouse does not stop moving on its own.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection for my computer/software needs. I am not very computer savvy so it is a great service to keep the laptop running smoothly. I also like it for repairs if I managed to break something.

Excellent warranty for my new computer if i will have an accidente o have the certain they cpul repair it ir change it.

I bought it to use for my asus computer but haven't had to use it yet!

Good service offered by the geek squad representative, though helpline service can be improved

my Surface2 crashed (2 years old) and they were unable to fix, I received credit for my entire purchase price of the Surface2 towards purchase price of Surface3. Happy customer!
