Good to protect your purchase in case something happens

The agents mounted my TV and connectedit to all my devices. Geek Squad remote support helped get my computer working again after it got a virus

This is a great option for those who like to have a piece of mind that they will be covered if something happens to their computer.

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for having the Geek Squad Protection , when my computer needed fixing it really cuts the cost & they know what they're doing.

The 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection is good to have on your device. I had to use it one time and I did not have any problem.
