While I have not had to use the geek squad on this purchase I have used them quite a bit in the past and their services are great. The only thing I would change is the appointments as they don't always keep to the schedule.

Product was only good for 1 issue so it didn’t matter that i payed for a 3 yrs plan as i was told i was only able to use it once

My computer has been having some issues and I'm so happy I purchased the Geek Squad service. While sending a laptop out would take a few weeks too long at this point. I do plan on taking advantage of the service before the three years is up.

So glad I purchased as I had a small battery issue and they corrected it quickly. I always purchase warranty as I like knowing I’m covered just in case.

Needed a warranty just to make sure that my husband will like the product - which he does! Great price and coverage!

My little cousin comes over faithfully and uses my lab top! She says it works perfectly and she is always downloading and adding software! It stays bug free w/all my anti-viruses! Love it….!

Daughters computer has been broken and fixed twice and we still have a year left on the warranty. This is a must for kids electronics.

When I went to turn my laptop on, nothing came up. No matter how we tried to get it up and running, nothing happened. Brought it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad checked it out. Seems as though the battery somehow came loose and is working just fine.

I paid the additional cost for a person to come to the hosue and it was WELL worth it. He did a great job setting up my printer with all my devices in the house. He did it in less than a hour, it would have taken me a couple of hours to figure it all out.

I recently had a problem with my Lenovo Yoga 730 laptop. It was not charging the battery so I had to send it in. It was still under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty but I needed it back quick so decided to take it in and let the GEEK Squad take care of me faster! HA! Geek Squad informed me that it would take 6 weeks for them to replace my battery!!! SIX WEEKS!!! Needless to say Lenovo got it back to me quicker (though not the 5 days they estimated - it was almost 3 weeks). I always buy the Geek Squad for my devices but this was my first time ever almost having to use it. I ended up having to buy a cheap computer to get me through so I wasn't computer-less. I'm disappointed in the estimated turn around time I was given by Geek Squad. Other than that I hope I'll never have to use Geek Squad ever, but I figure paying for it is still worth it for a computer that's worth over $1000.

I added the Geek Squad Protection when I bought a laptop for my 9 yr old son. The laptop only lasted 6 months because he didn't use it carefully. I was pleasantly surprised when Best Buy reimbursed the total amount of what I paid for it because they could not fix it. I recommend this product 100% when buying electronics for a child.

I like to make sure I get protection on my expensive investments. The Geek Squad protection plans are BY FAR the best "extended warranty" service I have ever seen till this day. I've never had any issues with bringing something in that broke and them it covering what they promise. Can't say the same for other places....
