Didn’t have to use because computer is still great but you never now when you a great coverage

You just can’t beat Geek Squad! I have not ever regretted purchasing this extra protection.

Remember to always get the extended warranty for expensive electronic devices. They will come in handy if you ever need to have anything repaired and or replaced.

This is my first Geek Squad protection purchase, and it's more practical than purchasing similar plans through the manufacturers by far. My family has bought Geek Squad protection for their laptops for years and swear by it.

Bought a new laptop recently and wanted additional support in case of accidents. Haven't had a reason to use the service yet, but it's good to know I have it just in case.

Good to have just in case something happens that falls just out of regular warranty coverage.

We always purchase GSP's on all of our electronics. It is rare that we have had to use it, but when we have they squad has always been very prompt to get us all taken care of :)

When I went to the store I had in mind a Apple device but then the sales person explain how great and all the great technology this one had and I could not pass the opportunity.

Great price and perfect for my 9 year old. Good battery and fast enough. No complaints.
