The geek squad helped me fix my tablet after an accident. Very helpful!!

The computer has its one year warranty but we bought this extended one in case our grandson dropped it

Havent used it but feel comfortable knowing I have it just in case the laptop breaks.

Total tech is totally worth it! Especially if you buy appliances from BB they are covered as well. Stuff gets fixed for free.

While this is gray to have and it save my wife’s pc. Only 4 stars cause it took so long to get it fixed and to deal with GS

Wierd experience after use, I was contacted because of some sort ofmix=up. Not sure what happened in that case. Otherwise, the turnaround time could be shorter regarding replacement. It interferred with university courses.

I found that the geek squad customer service is impeccable they are swift, informative, intelligent ( they know a lot about the product and that is helpful to the customer)

Geek squad was able to answer all of my questions about my computer and help set everything up. They are great getting the warranty through them is definitely 110% worth it.
