they came when promised to hang our TV on the wall and did a great Job. they cleaned there mess and offered to hook up all our devices to it. highly recommed Geek squad.

Got the service when I bought my chrome book and could use the services for a total of three systems and called them with an old laptop that was not working right. They still worked on it and got it up and running. Wow what a deal.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I bougth this garantiy to my soon is perfect to school.

Purchased Warranty for ease of knowing it can be repaired when needed. Did not need to use protection yet? but knowing I have it is comforting

Always goo to have. I hope to never use it. My previous computer was on a first name basis with geek squad. Lets hope my new computer does not need them, but it is available.

I have not had to use this geek squad protection but it gives me peace of mind that I have it in case of an emergency.

Having this pre-installed was a time & stress saver. Geek Squad also transferred all of my files & folders from my old pc to my new one. When I picked up my pc from them it was ready to use.

The geek squd is awesome. Any problem i have i xan call them and they will help.

I use Dell computers exclusively. One of their products, an Alienware desktop, could not be repaired by the Squad. It also couldn't be repaired by Dell without costing an arm and a leg, so I simply bought a new one. Otherwise, the Squad is extremely helpful and they can repair almost anything.
