I purchased this protection plan based on the reviews I read on the laptop I recently purchased. I only gave 4 stars because I like the idea of what they’re selling & the protection but, I haven’t had to use it yet. If there’s ever an issue, I’ll be certain to share my experience.

thanks Best Buy for having this plan available. Haven’t had to use it but I wish I would have had it all my old router.

I have yet to make use of the service (thankfully); but knwoing I have support and knowing that they are usually competent (from previous experience) is simply excellent.

The geek squad is useful at times but it takes way to long to get items back. I had a problem with a part that showed up on the screen and instead of showing me they sent it off.

Buying this service is AN ABSOLUTE MUST IF YOU BUY A LAPTOP. Excellent service and quick to help. Will offer a plethora of choices if you have a damaged laptop!

I have always bought this coverage plan...I have never used it before BUT last month I had to use it...The best and easiest coverage plan to use and have.. as simple as 1-2-3. File a claim, wait, pick up. ,

It's very simple, let the Geek Squad handle any issues you may or may not come across. Kids spill on your new purchase? Call the squad, they will get it taken care of!

This saved me when my daughter broke her computer screen. It takes all the worry out of her taking her computer to school. And, if I have something that goes wrong with mine, I don't worry about taking it in.
