Worth every penny. Wouldn't purchase any electronic device without this protection. Geek Squad members rock.

Fast for gaming and graphics work, but runs SUPER hot. You need a well-vented space to work in. DO NOT use it on top of a comforter or other soft surface. The heat buildup will actually hurt you when you pick it up again.

Have not used as of yet. Great insurance to have. Kid is 10 hours away at Wartburg College, so gives us some piece.

1 year accidental or multiple year accidental protection is a most for smaller appliances like headphones, chargers, etc. I unfortunately ruined some good skullcandy headphones accidentally and got it covered within that first year.

Very convenient to have when you know nothing about technology. Saves you money on repairs

They help with any issues you have. Even if they cant help they can direct you to help

The agent helped me with a driver problem with connecting my new computer to my old printer. Also helped with an update that did not download correctly. Agent did not talk down to me, was very professional and courteous.

I haven't had to use it on the computer I just purchased, but have had to use it in the past, and the help I received was AMAZING. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection.

The Geek squad is a great group of service minded individuals and they fixed my laptop in a timely manner.

It was super easy to fix my computer situation at first they tried to save my actual computer but once they realized that wasn't an option I relatively easy was able to just repurchase the same naked model I owned for it was in stock

Bought this protection plan for a laptop. Chances of me actually needing it is slim, but we have kids so expect the unexpected. Bought it mainly for pixels blowing out, screen cracking, and/or water damage. (Hopefully not a trifecta of all of the above.)

Warrenty is better than none ..in my way of work so at least its covered

Had to use this to repair a laptop, A must have for those unexpected errors or.... who know how that happened? Get this or beware. Don't be left out in the cold with a dead pc.

Absolutely loving this device! I use it for basic things (email, Netflix, etc) and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Only drawback so far is that camera is not front facing so no video calls unfortunately.

I always buy protection plans from Best Buy. It just makes life easier because Best Buy stand behind their protection plans.
