    The people who came to my apartment were very respectful and courteous. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up any debris. I would highly recommend them.

    3yr Geek Squad Laptop Protection Plan: good deal

    We always purchase the 3yr Geek Squad protection plan when we purchase a laptop from Best Buy. It has paid for itself a number of times when we had the lcd screen go bad.

    I did not need to use Geek Squad during the first year of having my computer. It is nice knowing if you need help you have someone to reach out to to help you though for free.

    this is something that`s good to have wether you take it in or have them remotely fix or clean them but don`t buy a chrome book

    You need protection so why not get it. Geek Squad protection was there for me before when one of my products needed to be fixed and it helped me out big time.

    Use Geek Squad for computer problems from help setting up a new computer to problems with current laptops, Always helpful & friendly service. Easy to make appointments on their website or drop off at the nearest Best Buy store.

    I got this laptop last year and so far no issues. It’s been working well. I’ve mostly use it for school (college). I sometimes watch CNN news or Hulu or Netflix. I’d recommend it. Hopefully, it continues to have no issues.

    I have already bought several laptops and I always buy them extra protection with Geek Squad, the times I have used the protection I have never had problems.

    I did purchase extended warranty for 3 years. I bought this for a laptop. So far I have not needed it. Not sure at this time if it was worth the extra money. I will keep this updated as time goes on.

    My computer wasn’t turning on the day after I bought it and I was worried but they helped me figure out why it did that and I’ve never had any problems ever since. Great customer service

    This is promoted as a effort free protection plan. Laptop stops working. I take the laptop and the power adapter into the store and am told it will have to been sent off for repairs. Even though when I was sold the plan I was quoted a replacement on the spot. A couple weeks later I get a refurbished laptop back without the A/C adapter back. I go on the Geek Squad chat where I am told that I should have not have left the AC adapter with the store rep even though he took it and get a reply that I should follow up with the store. 5:55 P.M. Agent Mario: Did you send the power cord? You weren't suppose to? The agent does not offer any other assistance other than staying I need to track it down at the store?!? Huh? I ask to speak with some one else and the agent eventually disconnects the chat. I try chatting again and get another rep who sees that the power adapter was listed as an accessory. 6:31 P.M. Agent Sam: It does look like the order has written down your AC adapter as an accessory. The best next step would be to call our 24/7/365 support line at (800)433-5778 (800-GEEK-SQUAD) for over the phone assistance. But I need to now call because apparently the chat support can not handle escalated request. I call the line and speak with agent who says that some one will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. This is the hassle free warranty they pitch? What a joke.
