Good, but expensive to use only once. I don't use it like most people may use it; but I had to take my laptop in for repair and the protection was less then the repair itself, but if I'm using it only once - it wasn't worth it.

I got this to protect a newly purchased laptop which was replacing a water damaged laptop that had no geek squad protection. I learned my lesson the hard way, so I will be purchasing geek squad protection from now on

Brought the geek squad just in case my teenager damage the Chromebook.

Purchased for the new Dell and exactly what I needed. Been a year and haven't needed it yet, but grateful for just in case.

I buy form Best Buy not for products buy for geek squad . You will not get this coverage any where else in USA . Laptops mobile etc you can get anywhere but not geek squad .excellent tram and product insured

Never know when you need repairs, better safe than sorry.

We always purchase GSP's on all of our electronics. It is rare that we have had to use it, but when we have they squad has always been very prompt to get us all taken care of :)

I like having added protection in case anything happens to my device because then I'm able to be comforted by the fact that Geek Squad would help me repair or replace it.

Excellent warranty for my new computer if i will have an accidente o have the certain they cpul repair it ir change it.

When I went to the store I had in mind a Apple device but then the sales person explain how great and all the great technology this one had and I could not pass the opportunity.

I have had two different episodes with my laptop computers where they needed to be replaced, and each time there were no questions asked and the Best Buy people took great care of me, replacing them with new laptops.

Great. Came in handy a year later when my screen went black and had to bring in. Now today I get to swap it out because it was not able to be fixed
