Good and Absolute Need. Bought a laptop for my middle schooler and needed this just in case she had an accident.

I haven't had to use it and I hope I don't. I added this protection because I have kids and you never know what they will do. I also tend to have some bad luck every now and then. Better safe than sorry!

Nice to have this option. I bought this protection for my son's gaming laptop and i am happy to have it.

Wasted roughly 1 1/2 months of time shipping my laptop back and forth 3 times to their service center, only for them to manage to break it some way new every time, not the geeksquad workers fault domestically at the stores-but rather the people at the kentucky service center... Got my computer refunded but had to waste a whole lot of time and talk to a whole lot of people

It is for the best to have coverage on your laptop in case anything goes bad or wrong with the laptop.

I wouldn't buy a computer without the warranty so much can go wrong today with computers. With the warranty, they don't hesitate to repair it.

Will have extended protection if something goes wrong. I always buy it when I purchase electronics from Best Buy.

Great in case of something goes wrong. Nee to have old computer cleaned so took it in and had it done.
