Got this laptop to replace a 12 year old Sony driving a dragonfly DAC for our audio. I plan to buy 2 more for streaming. Seems much better for the price than specialized devices. Lack of bloatware is a plus. I've been through this process twice.. It keeps wanting me to say something about Geek Squad which I've never used.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old with ASD loves it. Didn’t get a MacBook because it wasn’t realistic for us and her needs. Basically a two in one for her. Love it

This laptop is pretty heavy but really useful if you need install lots of programs that take alot of gb.

They did a perfect job on my I IPhone. My lens was cracked and I took it there.

Sweet upgradeable machine! Its fast out of the box. It has an empty SODIMM expansion port to make it easy (and cheap) to go to 16 gigs. It can handle up to 2, 32gb SODIMMS. It also has a spare SATA 2.5" drive bay and connectors. For ~$100 I added a 1 terabyte SATA SSD drive.

This laptop has great potential and it runs great with games. However there is a couple things that made me dock 2 stars. For starter the fans are extremely loud the minute you start up video games, and you might say well that’s what they do to keep the cpu and gpu down, which leads to my second reason for taking down a star the cpu and gpu get hotter then what’s normal for laptop heat. The cpu and gpu got up to 150f that is ricioulous especially for what you pay for this laptop. On top of that the laptop can get slow sometimes, which is a good reason to upgrade ram when you get it. Other then that it’s a decent laptop and the games run very smooth with great graphic speeds.

I believe i made the right decision in getting this laptop after reading a few reviews from several websites. Good laptop in terms of design, look, speed and interface. I was quite nervous when choosing between different brands, and the models. But I always trusted Dell and its gaming series laptops. Not accidental hangups

Excellent value! I was able to snag this laptop on sale for 1100. It plays all games including Jedi Survivor flawlessly. Nice build quality as well.

Oh Wow is what I have to say about this HP Chromebook!! I purchased it at Best Buy and one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Fast, Secure .A lot of storage space. East to use a one of the best features is the touchscreen!!! Powers up a loads in seconds. I would recommend this to anyone!

This laptop is a great bang for your buck. Unfortunatly, the product overview says RTV 2070 vic 2010 Max Q. The display is incredible. Only downside is the keys of keyboard are soft (not much give) and the boarder around outside of laptop is slightly raised so I can anticipate some chipping in the future.

Geek Squad is amazing, no matter the question they are always there with the answers

Cracked screen took 3 weeks to send out and get repaired. Came back and then wifi didn't work. Turns out they damaged the wifi card and antennae when replacing the screen. Will have to send off to repair. They suggested we buy a wifi extender and it would work for now then we can send it out after College semester is over, but then 2 days later, laptop crashed with fatal error. They have to send it off again OR for $190 I can buy some other service and Geek Squad can fix in house. !!!!! SCAM!!!! Avoid!!!

Purchase at your own discretion The best way I can describe Geek Squad is non specialized. It's like bringing your car to a place like firestone for service instead of the dealership. Can they work on your device, sure. But will they be able to repair it effectively, that's up for debate. Small repairs here and there shouldn't be an issue, but any specific specialized repairs are better off sent to the manufacturer. Keep in mind that Geek Squad works on everything and anything electronic. Laptops, tablets, phones, PCs, TVs, what-have-you. So they won't know your product as well as the manufacturer does.

Excellent program. Return policy on defective items or broken ones...no questions asked policy. Returns are easy and if item out of stock,refund is done and aloud to purchase another item at price or above and aloud to pay difference of new item.

It's All Good, Took My Laptop To The Repair. And Waited 2 Weeks, And They Did Perfect, Good Job Of Them!
