Geek squad warranty isn’t a good thing to buy.. I Paid $2,000 for my LG tv and within a year it started to have issues..I bought a $300 warranty from geeksquad and couldn’t get ahold of anyone and when I did they made a appointment to come out and nobody came out.I lost a days work pay and then I had to contact LG cause I still was under the 1 year manufacturer warranty thank god.. LG sent someone out and Geek squad didn’t help at all.I wasted $300 on a warranty.Not to mention when you get a new device it comes with a warranty automatically for a year.If you buy a product and then get a year geek squad warranty they just send back to manufacture cause it’s still under warranty..So what’s the point on there warranty? I could see a year after the manufacture warranty is done but at this point there profiting off people feeding them this BS.. If I buy a new product and it has issues within a year and I pay for a warranty I should get a new one and not have to go through hoops or have some guy opening up my new product and leaving 3 screws out of it.The feeling of paying over $500 for a device and then within a year having to have it opened up and replaced leave a uncomfortable feeling in your head.

Don't get it. Most laptop's break right after the manufactre warranty and unless you are very prone to dropping it. It cost $85 just for the team to tell me the screen was broken, something I already knew, and then proceed to tell me that since it had been 1-year and 5 months that I would have to spend $1000, 2/3 the price of the laptop, to get it fixed. A complete waste of $230.

This is one of the greatest laptops I've ever seen! It's got a great look to it, and the fluidity of the device itself is beyond most others I've used. Definitely a high-quality device indeed!

I love my touch screen laptop. It’s also a flip top. The salesman who helped me was very thorough. He showed me all the characteristics of the laptop. I buy all my electronics including TV’s at Best buy.

Size is small, weight is light. Sleek and beautiful design. Screen resolution is amazing. Downsides; Battery lasts 4 hours, needs to be plugged in. It also heats up like crazy!! I could be using Microsoft Word or anything simple and the fan will start going. Decided to keep it regardless since I needed a laptop that runs Windows and I don’t like running Windows on Mac. But MacBooks are far superior. This laptop could be wonderful if battery could last longer and if it didn’t heat up so much. I can’t put it on my lap because it really does get that hot.

Best laptop ive had its been a couple years now and its still running

This is my 3rd purchase. The first two were for me and the third for my daughter in college. I absolutely love these laptops.

So far so good with this compact Lenovo Chromebook. I needed a simple OS system touch screen capabilities and the feature of folding the sceen back to create a tablet is a bonus. Does everything I need to get done at a awesome price.

A must for any laptop. Recently, my Razerblade gave up the ghost, but I feel I was treated fairly in the warranty process- given a loaner and eventually the money toward a new machine. I repurchased the warranty on my new HP Omen.

I bought this gaming laptop for my son as he is getting into coding and gaming. It’s decent enough to run Destiny 2 at low to medium quality. But I highly recommend a 32GB RAM upgrade as well a 180W power supply, both which can be purchased at Best Buy.

I really wish I would’ve purchased this service for longer. It did exactly what I needed.
