100% full coverage is nice, to have if you dknt know how to fix yourself

This was great as we bough a Gaming PC and it fried due to overheating. I never buy these things and even though it was our fault most likely due to placement of the PC, BB came through and covered us. One downside, they sent our PC away to try to fix it first and it was near impossible to find someone to give us an update. And, it took about 2 months to finally call it dead and give us a credit to buy a new one. Was a bit tough as we were all at home for work and distance learning and down a PC. 4 stars for long time to find out result and poor comms.

I usually purchase Best Buy's GSP for high ticket items or those that I feel will have a higher probability of breaking down either during the manufacturer's warranty period or beyond but within the coverage period of Best Buy's GSP. It has never disappointed me - coverage is great and it usually involves either an exact (or equivalent replacement) or store credit (or gift card) for the purchase price of the defective item. I highly recommend this!!!

No questions ever asked. Explained the issues and replaces, repairs some times there on the spot or in a matter of days. This insurance is the top reason why I will contine to purchase most of my devices from Best Buy and add insurance for the safety and ease of mind. This is definitely a stress saver when buying electronics and or devices for young humans ;)

The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful with my computer replacement purchase while my clother computer was needing screen repair.

I got this for my brother, we were trying to piece his AMD setup to be something. But after much running into needing this and needing that. I just said let’s just bite the bullet because I have a custom built Alienware computer, and it just works. He’s now really having fun with the Oculus. We spent the whole weekend putting that AMD Vega 56 with his old mother board and kept getting the message from Oculus basically you’re computer sucks. So rather than suffer anymore disappointment with our efforts this computer just makes sense. I put a 1tb ssd 850 evo in mine along with some other awesome improvements. So I know this is a sweet setup. I’d say buy it

I installed windows 11 on a computer that m...soft said was compatible with. Big mistake!!!!!! The Windows 11 slowed the computer so much. Waiting for windows to open or search a file became a frustrating daunting task. Wife and I nearly both lost our sanity. We dropped of the PC with the geek squad on Friday. Picked it up on Sunday. It's been bliss ever since!

I think is worth the money for geek squad. You never know what can happen especially having kids

I am so glad I got the Geek Squad Protection. I was at my sister's house in South Carolina for several weeks. I had work to do while I was there. My outlook went out during a very crucial time and I had to call the Geek Squad to handle it remotely. All I had to do was leave my computer on and they accessed it and found the problem. They called me when they were finished and updated me as to the problem.
