I’m fixing to use this for the computer we bought. Must have with kids.

One thing they didnt tell me upon purchase was that while it does *Cover* the computer, that almost all components would not be within a window where they would be serviced at the location. I just had a cracked glass screen, and instead of a simple swap where they send it (thing was shattered, literally. Not a repair but a replace) it would take 3-6 weeks to get back. Kicker? Id have to send my *Whole* pc in instead of the glass itself.

Make sure you get this cause it helped me when I had to send it off to get worked on

I recently had to use my 2 year protection plan to replace and item that I’d purchased a year ago. It was seamless and because the item couldn’t be fixed or replaced we were refunded the total of the item and we were able to get a comparable item and not come out of pocket a dime. I highly recommend getting this, especially for large purchases or gaming items for kids!

It’s just the best because it’s the price you pay to get a good AlienWare computer

All i will say is accidents happen and its best to be prepared, specially if you plan to move, have little ones, or just happen to have one of those days.

I love the peace of mind of the Geek Squad warranty. it is why I buy from Best Buy. my experiences of having support for my purchases years after I buy a high dollar item makes me very satisfied with theses warranties

The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

Runs games great. Fast boot and runs windows smoothly. Decent price for a pre-built computer. Run all programs with out a glitch.

The remote support from the geek squad is great when you can get it. They were so busy during the virus that it was impossible to get someone. They had a 10 hour wait time but that was ridiculous then when I called back in 10 hours it was still another 10 hour wait time. The geek squad in the stores it much better. When I have a slow computer it is nice to have someone remotely go into it to clean it up.

Not a bad deal if you consider the price of some of the individual components and labor together.

The protection plan was cheaper 1-2 days after purchase and the sales people caught this. They let me know and gave a reimbursement. Honest and pro-customer people!

Purchased a gaming desktop for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Due to supply shortages it was necessary to puchase well before the extended store holiday return period. I did setup and check the PC thoroughly upon delivery. Everything tested good, but the Accidental Geek Squad Protection provided an additional 3 years of peace of mind. Can't beat it.

Great computer for the price. The graphics are amazing and I could not be happier with the speed and memory.

Its good to have a warranty but best buy neglects to tell you that HP office a better warranty with in home service for 1/3 of the price. With geek squad you have to take it in

My 13 year old saved his money to buy this on his own. He easily set it up in about 20 minutes and has been using it non stop since. He loves the lighted fans and that it works faster and smoother than his old gaming PC that he had for a few years from his brother. We are never disappointed with Best Buy!

Glad that almost anything and everything that could happen is covered under the geek squad protection:)
