We always buy the protection when we get an expensive Electronics product. It was well worth the money on our last purchase. We bought an active 2 watch for my wife for Christmas and it had a glitch in it a few months afterwards. They replace the watch at no cost with a new one. Like I said well worth the money.

I bought this plan for all my big items. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! And tied in with my BEST BUY membership, and use of the geek squad, it saved some heartache on a item that stopped working. As always: READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING… ask questions and be sure you understand how it works. It sure saved me some problems and loss of funds! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I haven't used the protection yet, but it is nice to know I have the protection if needed. I have purchased it for other computers in the past and so far it has been a great insurance policy.

Pretty good price for 2 years of protection, only like 40 dollars more than the 1 year so it's a better deal. They've had a good track record with other products I needed help with so far so yeah.

Love it so much. Went back and forth about what brand to get for my all in one and going back to school made the decision a lot harder. I was tired of apple MacBooks not lasting me over 2 years. This computer is amazing. I love it.

Had this a year now and have had zero issues. Running a 49 inch ultra wide 1440p monitor amazingly with all my games running at ultra settings. I did add ram because I run additional programs when sim racing.

I have never had an issue using my geek squad protection at best buy. it's genuinely worth it. they honestly do the best plus more to make sure you are overly satisfied. so honestly, I prefer to buy most of my electronic stuff at best buy even if it cost more because their geek squad protection is by far the very best. at least in all my experiences.

I refused getting this service before, because I thought it would be pointless. On one of my last buys I decided to get it on a whim and it saved my life, super easy to return an item that is not working correctly, I was able to swap it for a different item that I actually like. I would recommend this protecting service for any big or small purchase.

It’s best to have geek squad services for all your electronic needs... trust me. It takes your worries away and it takes care of all your devices needs. Had all my phones repaired there... bought a new desktop and had all my files transferred by them. They took care of everything with no problem.

Haven't used the geek squad service yet but they were very informative on what i was getting and what was covered.

They've helped repair my phone and exchange my PC. Customer service has always been excellent and a breeze to work with. I'm not tech savvy at all but Geek Squad has helped me tremendously.

Geek Squad is my hero! I can tap on there i-con & log them into my computer & they have the problems fixed within an hour usually. They clean up all the viruses & junk I no longer need & I don't even have to ask them. I just can't say enough good about Geek Squad. I would not be able to have a computer if not for them helping me & showing me what/how to use certain parts.
