Bought open box pc, which is supposed to be tested by geek squad. Pc couldn’t even run the simplest applications without crashing. Took it in and Got the pc “fixed” by them. Took a long time said a 4 year old gpu with a msrp of 499 then cost 857. Canceled my protection after said repair. And got the computer back and doesn’t work won’t refund my protection plan. Terrible experience overall, and out over 100 bucks and still have no pc.

I went o use this product and they said I never purchased it although I was told I did and now I’m paying 300 to have my computer. Fix the assist store manager was not help! I was given a 1888 Best Buy number no one answers. I actual cried from the lack of service. I’m a struggling nurse and this was an unexpected expense. I wish I understood what was going on in the purchase better.
