I always get geek squad - I have teenagers. It has been a lifesaver more than once

I brought this for my son for a early Christmas present last year and he loves it no complaints can’t keep him off from it.

Glad to find out about this plan! These all in one desktops are prone to tipping over if you try to tip it and look behind for a USB port. Almost had that happen. Will be covered!

Anytime I buy a high end product from BestBuy, I try to take out the protection. I also have a geek squad protection plan that has been fantastic whenever i needed service.

I was having trouble setting up my computer and called. I spoke to a representative that walked me through the process that allowed me to get my computer operating.

Great service, very respectful, and instructed me through everything.

I was skeptical at first but after having them come out and repair items that were under warranty I would say it's worth it.

Best Buy agreed to offer me a free year of Geek Squad protection because their open box computer did not have the manufacturer's warranty (called and verified with Cyberpower)

The agents are to replace my circuit board for my tv. They also mounted my glass shelves for my consoles. They are to mount my tv to the wall. They are very professional.

I would not buy a computer without it. Laptops are not built to last like they use to and this protection has saved us many $ in repairs so far.

If your going to buy any electronic over 50.00, make sure you buy the extrend warranty. Best buy's customer service is great and will not hassle you with returns if your product breaks.
