Have not used this yet, which is a good thing, however I have used the Geek Squad in the past and thus the 5 Stars.

Love having Geek Squad available when I need them. Haven't had to contact them yet for the new computer, but I know they're there.

You need protection these days on your computer. And the Geek Squad is always there to help me when I need them. The more protection you can get, the better.

Great service protection program that includes Greek Squad and service installation benefits.

I ALWAYS BUY THE EXTENBDED WARRANTY... HOPING NEVER TO HAVE TO USE IT... BUT IF YOU DO.. BEST BUY PLANS ECLIPSE ANYTHING ELSE OFFERED BY ANYONE...

Definitely recommend this if you have kids or dogs. I haven’t had a problem but it does make sense to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it

Pretty dope service. They handle stuff pretty effeciently. Can take a long time in store, but they're human and have other stuff to do, so its cool.

I know that my grandson is in good hands with the Geek Squad especially with this purchase of his first gaming PC!

Always get the protection plan. Especially if you have kids that love to play with water. This covers water damage which makes this plan so much better

I love the geek squat service they fix all of my electronic devices and how's the records of my purchase information so information so if I'd ever need it I can get a print out from them directly

Geek Squad is always very helpful and really know what they are doing. I have always purchased this in fact I purchased it before my trip to best buy in September.

I havent had to.use this so far but I thought it covered hook up as part of the warranty but it didnt. I had to pay an additional $214 to have my moms computer set up on top of the warranty. Geek squad did an amazing job setting it up and Im sure if she has a problem with the computer they will quickly get out there.
