    Having Geek Squad protection is important to me and totally necessary for peace of mind. They are always there to answer and solve any issues. Good experience with the entire Geek Squad for everything.

    This is one of the best investments I've made. With a new PC and a bunch of tablets the Geeks can probably already recognize my voice. Great tech support. The Geeks are well trained, intelligent, and patient.

    This is an excellent service but it is hard to qualify for it under very strict terms. I have never used it in a year. When you need it, you will most likely have to pay for the service somehow.

    A must purchase on most items. In the past it has allowed me to replace defective items without going through the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer.

    I love the geek Squad protection plan. They make it Easy by making an appointment ahead of time and are always very accurate on when your repairs will be fixed and always fix it great the first time

    I sent in my computer for what I believed to have been a simple fix. After about a week, I was told that it was unable to be repaired (I sent a tower in to fix an issue with a USB port). I was told that I'd be given full credit at the value of my purchase. I declined originally and asked that my device be simply returned, as it should still be functioning. I was simply told no and that my only option was to take the credit, which does not sit right with me. I did not want to be forced into buying another PC, which cost me more money than my original purchase and I ended up with worse specs. The service center representatives are also horrible at callbacks; in example, a "two-hour callback time frame" lasted roughly 8 hours.

    Protection and assistance is always needed no matter who the person is, because as human beings we all aren't perfect. We all need some help at some point in our lives!

    Best buy has the best extended warranty around. I highly recommend it to anyone making large purchases. Like game systems or computers.

    Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. Best Buy just lost a customer and 6-7,000 thousand dollars. Congrats. -Just reposted this review on Yelp, Google wt
