    the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...

    Always recommend getting extra protection on any and all electronics. Never know when you may need it and what may happen. Haven’t had to use it yet.
