Very smart and sleek appearance. Clean interface, and easy to use. I've experienced some speaker issues, like muddled sound when changing inputs. Power off and back on has resolved it both times, but just an honest review.

These are about the warranties ever. Customer service always willing to help you with your problems and if an item can’t be repaired they will replace it. I recommend always getting a warranty on anything hi- tech from Best Buy!

I will never understand why people take a chance hoping that an expensive purchase will out live malfunctions or mishaps. This warranty not only covers my sons gaming pc completely but it gives me peace over the next three years.

One of the best computers I've ever had. It does everything I want it to and more. Setup was a breeze. My games are so much more fun on this computer. The sound is amazing and the picture is awesome.

i got this service. i never had the experience to use it because I didn't know what the service fully covered. I called some people who work there and he or she told me that I have to bring the product inside the store or pay full price for service.

The protection plan is great but the repair they give it 4-6 weeks so be prepared to be without whatever your repair is. The update on the repair needs improvements I had to reach out often after 3 weeks. If they can fix those issues I would give 5 stars

It is valuable to be able to reach the Geek squad any time. I did not realize that most desktops do not come with webcams. This past weekend I had a video conference with a family member who is out of state. The Geek squad told me what I needed, and my family was able to enjoy the video conference as scheduled.

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

Best buy has the best extended warranty program and at a good value. I highly recommend it to anyone making a large purchase. I have it for computers and video game systems and phones but i wouldnt buybit for a game.

The technician added RAM and also cleaned CPU. As he did, he explained the importance as to why and problems that could arise if build-up occurs. He was very thorough.

After I bought my PC I ran into some software issues, but Geek Squad fixed it for me. Polite and nice people.

Clumsy? Purchase. Got kids? PURCHASE! GOT A HUSBAND? PURCHASE!! Lol but no its definitely worth it and you never know when you may need it. I strongly recommend , but be careful always ask what each warranty includes..some are not worth it.

Nice to know I have a backup plan for the computer. I have had to use a protection plan in the past and have never been disappointed in the coveragr provided. Worth every penny for high dollar items.
