Haven’t had to use it yet but I’m not worried if I do great protection

I’m very happy that I purchased the extra warranty. Whenever I had a problem with my computer, Geek Squad would gladly assist me and resolve my problems. I highly recommend it !

THE AGENT TOOK MY PACKAGES TO MY CAR AND PLACED THEM INSID

After finding out later that coverage varies on the item, I'm a little annoyed by the process. In the past, I was able to get items repaired or credit for the value of the current price. Now the protocol is if they can't repair it, then literally send out for a used one ( that they keep correcting me and calling it "refurbished"... Which is is literally used). If I wanted a used item,I would've just bought it. Then they tell me it's been certified and guaranteed... Cool... But now I have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in so I'm without my product, when you could just give me the current value and I can upgrade, buy a new one and pay the difference... Like you used to do. DON'T GET ME WRONG, they are still great to have, but I kinda don't like the whole refurbished part, unless you opt for it. OR EVEN BETTER SUGGESTION, BEST BUY SHOULD ORDER THE REFURBISHED ITEM, REMOVE THE PART I NEED AND PUT IT IN MY ITEM, SEND THE BROKEN PART, WITH THE REFURBISHED ITEM, BACK TO WHERE EVER THEY GOT IT AND SAY "REPAIRED" AND PROBLEM SOLVED. I like my plan better.

This was a great first PC! love it so far, taking some time to get used to the settings but gaming is so smooth on here!

Protection plan is worth it. Definitely a peace of mind having it.

I HAVE REALLY FEEL NO ANXIETY KNOWING I HAVE THIS PROTECTION IN CASE I WOULD EVER NEED IT. JUST NEVER KNOW WHEN THERE WOULD BE A SITUATION THAT WOULD OCCUR FOR YOU TO NEED THIS SERVICE.

Best value for the money. Dont normally buy warranties but with technology I feel safer having the protection. After all these are made by men at some point. Need I say more
