worked on my other computer did great got all my information onto a thumb stick made it east to install on my new computer

I sent in my computer for what I believed to have been a simple fix. After about a week, I was told that it was unable to be repaired (I sent a tower in to fix an issue with a USB port). I was told that I'd be given full credit at the value of my purchase. I declined originally and asked that my device be simply returned, as it should still be functioning. I was simply told no and that my only option was to take the credit, which does not sit right with me. I did not want to be forced into buying another PC, which cost me more money than my original purchase and I ended up with worse specs. The service center representatives are also horrible at callbacks; in example, a "two-hour callback time frame" lasted roughly 8 hours.

I have not had to use this service as of yet. But, I am glad I have it if I ever need it. All large purchases should have this kind of service offered.

Well worth the money to have coverage for expensive items. I had to use it and it work out well.

So far I haven’t had to use it. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I have yet to have to use this but it will come in handy when the time comes.
