    Only had to use once for a dropped phone cracked screen. Same as every other protection out there and seems more expensive

    My son's computer broke the first month he got it and then brok again a month later. Manufacturer said the motherboard was no good and to issue store credit, not a refund. But i wasn't given a refund for the $350 insurance. They took that and told me i lost it. I dont understand how they can sell a product, have it break multiple times within 2 months and then tell me i get not insurance back. Dont buy the the insurance, its a scam.
