    I wish I had been made aware at time of purchase that apparently this does not cover online support. That is a whole other SEPARATE CHARGE. You have to purchase another plan in order to get online support. And what is also bad is I never received the e-mail detailing what this plan entails. Not sure if this is actually worth the $169 I paid for it. I am disappointed and feel a bit ripped off. So now I have to unhook and drag in a computer system that is not performing up to par based on Benchmark results. A 2 month old computer system that cost over $1300 that my husband got for me.

    I purchased a few products with the geek squad accidental protection. It is hard for me to answer this since, they really haven't helped me. I had to purchase my computer and other items online and did the curbside pickup. I will say the staff at the Best Buy store was amazing in answering my questions.
