    I always buy geek squad protection plan but never got chance to claim anything therefore i can't tell about service. One thing i noticed that geek squad is expansive than if you buy anything like online. I hope service is as good as it cost.

    It's worth the money. THE headache of your computer having issues and u didnt buy it will cost u more in the long run. BUY AT LEAST A 1 YEAR PLAN!!

    We have used Geek protection plan before for computers, TV.s etc. and having them was useful when computer viruses became an issue. any issue was always dealt with and always resolved.

    I got this protection on a brand new desk top. Didn’t think I would use it but glad I got it. The desktop started shutting down by it self. They fixed it with no questions asked.
