I didn’t get my xbox game pass for my pc so idk what to do

Must have for expensive computer items. If anything happens most things will be covered.

Spilled juice in my computer. Was able to return it and get my money back. Bought a newer pc

I will never purchase another product from Best Buy again. Purchased a $1k+ pc along with $200 accidental protection. 1.5 years into purchase I experienced major failure of multiple pc components. Upon dropping pc off to Geek Squad I was informed it would be sent away and componants would be replaced... next day I receive a phone call informing me that the GS employees are unable to complete the digital paperwork associated with it, and so the only option is to refund the cost of the pc (but not the warranty). I can no longer purchase this pc for less than 1500. Honestly, I highly recommend anybody looking to purchase high-end electronics look elsewhere!

Geek squad purchases are always recommended for purchases at best buy.

Geek Squad is the only way to go! The Protection plans are a must have on your expensive tech gear! Geek Squad you are the best!

Wow! Did this come in handy recently when I dropped my MacBook and broke the screen and casing.

Never needed it but they offered it and it was good peace of mind to have.

anytime you buy extented warranty it is a win win situation
