Always a must with products. Accidents do happen and BestBuy replaces quickly with no questions.

I've used geek squad many times.. Always satisfied with the service and pricing.. Have had many various Amazon fire tablets.. Always purchased the warranty and the Geek Squad has always been available for help..thanks

The plan is good but it only replaces the tablet 1 time within 2 yrs. If it breaks the first time they will replace with a new tablet but you will have to buy another Protection Warranty. Only a 1 time free replacement

Great product warranty, for all my electronics purchases I only do Best Buy. I appreciate they stand by there warranties and Geek Squad is unmatched.

I recommend Accidental Damage Plan for any portable device unless you don't mind paying full price to replace it if something happens. You never know, and this is great piece of mind when the unexpected happens.

So far we haven’t needed to use the extended support, or any support for that matter. But based on past experiences it will be nice to have if needed. It’s like an insurance policy you hope to never use but nice if you do.
