I've always had good experiences with the geek squad!

It was a relief to have this protection on my tablet. Which I forgot I had. I got an email reminder to extend my protection. I dropped my expensive Samsung tablet. So I took it to Best Buy and they took care of everything. I dropped it off and picked it up once it was repaired. So easy. Was able to track the repair progress the whole time.

Worth the investment! These guys are honest, fair, and very knowledgeable! Will buy protection plan on every electronic I buy!

I always get geek squad warranty on any electronic purchase above 200 hundred dollars. It completely relieves me of any stress with the purchase. I've used the warranty numerous times saving me tons of money over the years. They're usually very quick about either replacing the product, refurbishing it, or best of all, giving you cash back.

I purchased a two year warranty for my son’s tablet. I was told that if anything happens to it (ex: my son breaks it), all I have to do is bring it in and they will either fix it or replace it. I rated it 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use this service, yet. If there comes a time that I will need to use it, and if the issue is covered and there’s no problem replacing or fixing it, then I will re-rate it.

The agent installed my tv to my bedroom wall. I already had an Apple TV which he reconnected to my new Samsung 43 in tv. If I buy a bigger tv for my bedroom, geek squad recommended that I have them come out before hand. To make sure I have enough space on my wall.

I purchased this protection plan when I purchased a tablet for my grandson to do virtual learning. He's been taking care of his tablet so far so there's no need to use it, at lease not yet. It was affordable and something I don't think you can go wrong having.

I will never buy any electronic over $300 without this protection. I have used it 2x on different laptops. If it can't be fixed they will issue a gift card to replace. Totally worth it!!!

I would say on most of my electronics (worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.
