I’ve always more than satisfied with the assistance I’ve received from the Greek Squad. When I decided to exchange the item I purchased, they were so helpful and assisted me in deleting my personal data and picking out a different product. No hassle & graft professional courtesy!

They actually didn't ask any type of question when it came to getting the item fix and in my case exchanging it for a nother one i was in and out from the store in a matter of minutes and they also give me a reasonable price on a new device

Great to have for small children especially knowing how irresponsible they can be.

We have yet to use this service for what we bought it for, an Amazon Fire tablet for my 5-year-old. I do have experience with Geek Squad services in the past though and it has always been the easiest warranty service I use.

I wanted to purchase the warranty just in case. I really doubt that I will ever have to use it.

I had the same protection plan on my previous Surface. When the batter malfunctioned the protection plan replaced the unit with a brand new Surface. Could not be happier.

Bought this to cover my child's tablet. Wish you did not have to repurchase it after having to use it, but it is still cheaper than having to replace an accident with a new tablet! Learned a hard lesson though if you are replacing it under a claim - don't forget to bring the power charger with you! You will be charged if it is missing.

The main reason that I buy from best buy is this super affordable but helpful geek squad plan. I've never been let down. It also provides peace of mind for since most products only come with limited warranties, but by purchasing geek squad support, I know that I can get assistance somewhere local without having to pay out the nose.

Very cost effective service plan. I have had to use it with my granddaughters tablet when screen got broken and it was replaced without charge. Fast, easy service. Will purchase again on all tablets/tvs I buy.

I will always purchase the Geek Squad Support/Protection for my products, especially computer products. It is such a piece of mind to know my product is covered for repairs, remove viruses, or help with technology questions. The Agents at my local store are professional and always go above and beyond. Well worth the money.

The geek squad protection is so worth to have. I had issues with my computer due to my daughter and didn’t even have to take it to Best Buy. I called and they took over my computer system virtually to fix the problem.

My children break their tablets at least once a year. I found it very necessary to buy the protection plan because it’s cheaper than having to to purchase a new tablet… It just makes sense…

Great deal for a fail and low price. I bought my New Tablet in Mid Feb. and did buy my Geek Squad in time. I went over a few days ago at my Local Best Buy and I was allowed to pay for for My Service (with a OK from the Man.). I love Best Buy.
