I recommend getting the additional geek protection for your everyday accidents that happen in life. With this your product will be completely replaced . Definitely worth the extra money.

This came in handy after dropping my tablet, it was not repairable, so I was able to get a replacement at no cost to me. Thanks so much.

I haven’t used this protection plan yet but I am super glad I purchased it because at least I can get a new battery out of it by the time it expires.

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

This geek squad plan saved me when the charge of my kindle fire wouldn't hold. I was given a new fire, and it was an upgraded version available

We purchased a Brother All-In-One printer and did get the Geek Squad. We haven't had to use the protection yet, but good to know we have it just in case.

Hopefully I won’t need to use this but it’s good to have just in case lol kids break things a lot lol

guess I accidentally bought the 1yr, meant to get the 2yr. I'm not sure if 1yr is enough or even worth it...but 2+ years are definitely a must buy.

I never used it but it was good to know I had it just in case. My only recommendation is that a percentage should be refunded due to lack of use.
