    When it comes to portable devices, I always get ADH protection for them. You never know when an accident may happen and it's good to know there's a protection plan to try and fix the device. I haven't had to use the plan for the device I got it for.

    The in-house service is excellent. Had to wait for a very long time to get help on the phone and the man became very irritated with me while helping. This is very different from the past 2 years.

    I bought this only so I could have them transfer all my old data from my computer to my new one. Great services but other than that no use for it.

    Geek Squad was used in house at best buy and i believe it is a good service however not all technicians have same knowledge base so if not getting quick answers, ask for someone who can speak to the problem and solve it without wasting time.

    Unable to review as I have not needed to use it yet. I dropped my last Fire tablet and had to replace it because I didn't take the Geek Squad protection then, but I did this time.

    but had on my laptop seem to be okay, although i received my laptop back from repairs due to cracked screen and my speakers weren't as loud as they were when it was sent back to me?

    You should definitely buy the insurance it's very helpful but just keep in mind there is possibly going to be a deductible but it will be definitely cheaper than what you paid for the product

    usually don't buy computers from bestbuy but microsoft store was closed because of Covid. Hate having to mail products off because "geek squad" is nothing more than a postoffice.

    I bought the protection. It was close to half the price for a 2nd tablet. I often 2nd guess these types of protection services. Do it again...probably not.

      Having additional protection on electronics can often come in handy when there are unexpected issues that arise. Our Accidental Geek Squad Protection does cover against drops and spills in addition to standard coverage.
