This was a no-brainer when I made the decision to buy a new tablet for a 2 yr old! She loved it but accidents do happen. I already had to use this for a replacement!

The geek squad helped in everything i wanted to know about the protection when i bought my tablet .

One of the better protection plans! And they always honor it. Now i dont have to worry about a broken screen.

The plan is great. Even if it is damaged it will be replaced

2-year a accidental protection plan is a good buy. Electronics seem to have a short life anymore.

I have had two geek squad extended warranties on products I purchased from Best Buy and only had to use it once, but it was super easy no questions asked and did an exchange for a replacement item.

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

This is a great warranty, I do strongly recommend it. They just replaced the malfunctioned items fore right away with a hassle-free.

Still have to try. Cz bought 2 and 1 got broken with in a week have to go for exchange
