The protection is convenient because it covers items that you damage not just product failure. You also don't have to register or keep up with a receipt because it's all in the system. Downfall is that they don't have high tier IT personal that can do major virus damage repair.

Do not know yet have not needed it. Cheap insurance for me. Rather pay and not need it than not pay and need it
