Always get the protection plan. It saves you worry down the months when you have that accident and can't afford to purchase your product.

Support for items I purchase with geek squad has been great in most occasions except for when manufacturers warranty conflicts and since the change to 1 800 from local slowed service and extended call time

They fixed my tablet screen really fast and I have in working conditions with not problem.

Geek Squad has save my bum many times now from accidents damage and after manufacturers warranties.

Insurance is insurance and I never have used it. Just as well to buy a new pad every few years if you are willing to take a chance and can afford a new one every few years.

I have not had to use the protection plan but I used it on other devise and they are very nice and knowable.
