I bought this for my M1 iPad Air. Although iPad is reliable product. I travel with this and use it for my work. So the chances of incurring damage are higher than if I only use it at home. I have use Best buy GSP in the pass and I like the policies that their are there for the life of the warranty. The only sad thing is that once the Geek Squad Protection is fulfilled, lately you can't purchase a new GSP plan. This is a recent change which I hope they will change.

This was not my purchase, my son got it as a present for his brother, and he loves it. We first got a refurbished on but it did not work, Chase at the Warner Robins store helped us a worked with us to find the perfect tablet. Great product.

haven't had to use this as of yet. From what I have heard depending on the issue. should be easy. Some geek squad employees are better than others. Most are gamer type and don't really know much more that what a computer can do outside of gaming

Best Buys Geek squad service is outstanding. Everything that I buy from Best Buy I get the service plan with it so I know that I'm protected. They are great at honoring their service plans. I highly recommend getting a service plan.

I recommend to buy the protection, In case of any accidents or anything I know it will come in handy. It is for 3 years, you never know what could happen plus your computer or tablet is an investment just like a phone when you buy a phone case, this is just like that to have your assets protected in case of anything. They will help you with any problem.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in January 2017 with a Geek Squad Protect and Support Plus plan in Texas. Yesterday, I took the device to Best Buy in Port Richey, FL because the screen constantly vibrated. The Geek Squad technician quickly diagnosed the problem, determined that the item was not repairable, and gave me a gift card for the amount of my original purchase. I would definitely recommend the purchase of a Protect and Support plan. It saved me. I was able to go home with the perfect 2 in 1 laptop with another Protect and Support Plus plan.

Like the tablet so far, no issues, wish the battery lasted a bit longer but overall it’s great!

Happy with the way Store representatives explained the product, benefits, coverage plans. They are very supportive and give you enough time to try the products at displays.

We purchased an add 2 yr warranty for the computers. However when we toom wife's 2 ur old computer to be cleaned-we have had NOTHING but problems w the computer. It was dropped-noone told us. Battery damage & replaced BUT was not keeping charged...after 3-4x taking it back..the WHOLE OS was checked & wiped cleaned. Every thing was lost & even the flash drive we purchased was lost. We are not happy w the service that has been provided ti my wife's computer. We are hoping that there is NO OTHER damage to comp & if so we will continue to complain & a new comp will be demanded.

Product worked perfectly and didn't require the use of this protection. Interaction with Geek Squad at location has always been a pleasure. Always get the insurance, better safe than sorry!

This warranty is the best on the market. They respond quickly and it really works. Excellent product.

I used to be a person who thought buying the protection plans or as some call it the "extended warranty" was an absolute waste of time. That isn't the case with Best Buy, they cover more and make it a walk in the park to exchange or repair. I ALWAYS get the warranties on electronics now. Companies don't make durable products like they used to and that's ok because they are trying to make everything convenient and I feel like its at the cost of longevity.
