This is a great product to purchase incase something happens to your Amazon Fire 10. Give me a piece of mind that it will be taken care of.

I would say on most of my electronics (worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.

truly awesome. My technology never fails because I’m careful, but it is still technology. The Geek Squad service is worth it.

This product made a great gift for my grandchild. The geek squad warranty kept me assured that it was covered.

I will never buy any electronic over $300 without this protection. I have used it 2x on different laptops. If it can't be fixed they will issue a gift card to replace. Totally worth it!!!

Note that bestbuy new repair policy is to send to microsoft v/s swapping for purchase price which is what they used to do. In my case had battery not holding as long of charge, so took in 1 week before expired. They sent unit out 2 weeks later they replaced with referbished older serial number unit. And that unit had a scratch 3/4" long in display. They sent it out a second time, and that refurbished unit with another s/n came back with battery that was also not holding up as it should. They finally said they would return my purchase price and write this one off as junk return. I then purchased the Surface Pro 9 which I am happy with and took out this Geek warranty again.

I always purchase the best buy warranties, specially because I have bad luck with electronics. Its good to know that i have protection in case something goes wrong. I haven't needed to use my geek squad protection but when i do, i know that it's going to save me a whole lot of money. Do yourself a favor and buy it, its a small purchase to protect your big purchase.

The agents was a great help finding what i really wanted for college for a good price too, also made sure my purchase was successful and taken care of even when it came from a different store.

I purchased a two year warranty for my son’s tablet. I was told that if anything happens to it (ex: my son breaks it), all I have to do is bring it in and they will either fix it or replace it. I rated it 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use this service, yet. If there comes a time that I will need to use it, and if the issue is covered and there’s no problem replacing or fixing it, then I will re-rate it.

I have purchased this protection before and it paid for itself. I have three young children and they are hard on their tablets. The protection plan replaced what the Squad could not repair with no out of pocket cost to me. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
