Love the tablet and easy to fix screen amd timing also to go to store to fix

When I turn in my item they said that they can have it done It took a month and a half and it ended up that I needed a replacement but they never contacted me that I did I had to contact them and I didn't like that They didn't keep in contact all I asked for was a replacement camera lens cuz it was cracked and they couldn't even fix that They made me replace the whole thing and they didn't even have the replacement in the store So I had to buy a more expensive one as a replacement

You get your money worth when you purchase the geek squad insurance

Glad to know I have extra protection for my expense gadgets.
