It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

Haven't used it yet, but I didn't have any protection on my old tablet and broke the screen.

I've never needed it, thankfully. But it's a must have!

For the small difference in price it was worth the investment to have full coverage for any damage to my tablet and keyboard

If accidentally drops n cracks, it will be replaced.

They do not replace the device. They only give you a store credit for the price you paid at the time of purchase. I'm not sure why they claim that things are covered when in all actuality the price of purchase and the price today are different so my son will be leaving with no tablet today because we are only getting a gift card for the price we paid for the tablet when we purchased it which is different than the price in store today. That is a very very very falsely advertised product and it's extremely frustrating
