I never believed I’m extended warranty’s but now I wouldn’t buy any electronic equipment with out this BestBuy warranty. My daughter dropped her $1,800. Laptop and broke the case and screen. Best it replaced it for free.

Having this protection is needed, although I only used it twice within the 1-year I had it. The question below ask "would I recommend it to a friend?" my answer is yes / and no, if you are nontechic then YES...

I always recommend Geek Squad protection. They have a one stop shop to get any of your electronics serviced, repair, or replace. I cannot recommend them enough

I purchased this warranty when buying my new Samsung laptop, but I've not had to use the warranty yet. But I'm glad that the warranty is here in case it's needed, although I've never needed a warranty on a Samsung product.

I'm giving this 4 stars due to the fact of there lack of communication. I waited an extra 2 and a half weeks to find out they had approved my tablet for a junk out. They said oh yeah just go down to the store n give them this code and they'll give you the credit for which you paid for your tablet.

I do not expect any problem with my new tablet, but I like the added insurance of knowing the Geek Squad is available if needed! As a rule, I do not trust extended warranties, but I trust the Geek Squad from people that have use them

It a good protection to have, close to the ending of my service my tablet broke down and it got replaced for the amount to get a new one, great service

I was able to make an appointment the same day. I got in about 15 minutes early, and they saw me right away. The Associate treated me with respect and although my issue could not be resolved at that moment it was a great experience.

Geek quad came through later in the year when surface pro purchased had its charger become defective and Geek squad replaced item at no additional charge. Thank you Geek Squad!

Geek Squad is the best service provided for any Best Buy product.... I think its the best value for your money.

I got this do to I am not a technology geek person and the computers / tablets have gotten confusing at times to keep it up to date and in good working order. I am happy to take it in for a week and have it all updated with know worries.

Let me tell you EVERYONE should invest in GEEK SQUAD SERVICES I got a tablet for a friend as a gift... And it fell and shattered. They replaced it . No questions asked. Absolutely wonderful. Very helpful as always

Geek Squad protection is always recommended if you are investing a large sum of money into a product. You never know when you may need this. Worth the buy depending on the product. Always understand and read the terms of the conditions.

I bought this for my new Microsoft Surface Pro and it's already paid off. I got a little bit of moisture in my surface. Went to Best Buy. Walked out with a new surface. And yes i bought this protection again for the new one.
